Job Summary
A social customer experience solution has an open position for a Remote Social Media Analyst in Lehi.
Must be able to:
- Set up and edit automated reports
- Read and understand press releases.
- Use keyword searches to set up the software to look for the correct social media conversations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Training will be held in office
- Be able to quickly be taught boolean logic
- Have an understanding of how public companies' PR, marketing and IR departments communicate
- Understand social media and how to use it
- Must be organized and be a self-motivator
- Task-oriented with exceptional time-management skills
- Proactive approach to starting and completing tasks
