A synthetic biotechnology company is in need of a Remote Social Media and Community Assistant Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading day-to-day channel management and operation
  • Building a high-energy, engaged online community by driving discussion in social content
  • Assisting in developing strategies to increase community engagement and drive comprehension of brand mission

Qualifications Include:

  • BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience creating and managing social media content for brand/owned channels
  • Preferred experience and success with community management and customer service
