Remote Social Media and Web Copywriter

Job Summary

An environmental services organization is in need of a Remote Social Media and Web Copywriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and executing a consistent brand voice across social media platforms
• Writing and editing daily posts for each of our social media channels
• Identifying opportunities to communicate around news and research

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of brand copywriting experience, ideally at a startup
• Experience shaping the tone and voice of a brand across multiple digital channels
• Deep understanding of mainstream and emerging social channels
• Knowledgeable and passionate about natural climate change solutions, particularly reforestation
• A willingness to contribute to climate conversations happening on social media and other online platforms
• Commitment to accuracy
