Job Summary
A smart home products retailer is filling a position for a Remote Social Media Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with Marketing to monitor social media, retail/app reviews, and community queues to provide technical help
- Providing useful troubleshooting steps for issues that our users face on the iOS, Android, and browser versions of our app
- Identifying gathering additional data, replicating, and escalating issues to ensure rapid response to emerging trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-Year Undergraduate Degree preferred
- 2 years responding on social media channels for a brand preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Comfortable with technology and security/safety devices and issues
- Familiarity with review and social media response platforms such as Gominga, Sprout and BazaarVoice
