Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Social Media Associate Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and managing social media assets
- Proofreading and/or writing pithy captions and social copy
- Amending and revising social creative based on internal feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency using Canva, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite to create social media graphics
- Proficiency with social media management tools, in particular SproutSocial and Later.com
- 3+ years of graphic design and typography experience, with a solid eye for detail and composition
- Prior experience managing the Instagram presence for an established brand, digital media company
- Experience using Trello, Slack, Zoom, and Box
- Ability to generate creative new ideas and execute them quickly
