Job Summary

A social media company is seeking a Remote Social Media Compensation Operations Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Function as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders to deliver competitive compensation programs
  • Re-imagine and drive execution excellence of cyclical and ad-hoc compensation programs
  • Update Compensation/HR platforms to meet the needs of our team members and business partners

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Business, human resources, finance, operations, or related experience
  • Active listener and love to synthesize group discussions into clarifying key points and tactical solutions
  • 8-12 years experience in project/program management, including HR programs
  • Experience coaching and developing others Change management experience
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
