A digital customer engagement services company is seeking a Remote Social Media Engagement Engagement Moderation Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supporting reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media
  • Ensuring that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Qualifications Include:

  • A flexible schedule with nighttime and weekend availability
  • Experience in Engagement Moderation
  • Experience in using Sprout Social
  • Strong typing skills
