Job Summary
An educational services provider has an open position for a Remote Social Media Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing an organic social media content strategy
- Managing the day-to-day escalation process in partnership with customer service team
- Acting as the business and finance subject matter expert and partner of product marketing team
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in social media brand management and content creation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum of two years related work experience
- Ability to execute and manage multiple projects across multiple brands simultaneously
- Ability to translate metrics/results into actionable insights to drive business goals
- Experience with a project management tool (Ex. Asana)
