Job Summary
A social media company is seeking a Remote Social Media Messenger Product Communications Associate Manager.
Must be able to:
- Plan and execute communications strategies and campaigns that help educate global tech, business and consumer press on Messenger
- Develop communications plans, pitches, and messaging materials
- Build relationships with tech press, bloggers, analysts, influencers and other external stakeholders about core products and initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of communications experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, English or related field
- Effective communications, decision-making and project management skills
- Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineering, product/marketing, in fast-paced environments
- Proven relationships with press and external stakeholders and experience organizing press briefings, media roundtables and events
