Job Summary
A social media company is in need of a Remote Social Media Senior Backend Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining backend application business logic that supports three client platforms
- Collaborating with Product Engineering
- Contributing to architectural, design, and process decisions improving AWS infrastructure
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- English fluency
- 5+ years of experience as a backend developer
- Experience developing applications for a large user base
- Proficient in understanding SQL scripts, writing SQL queries, MySQL and Redshift (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with various AWS Services (Redis, DynamoDB, MySQL, Redshift, EC2, Kubernetes)
- Skilled in writing applications in scripting languages
