Job Summary

An administrative company has an open position for a Remote Social Security Paralegal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing a portfolio of clients supporting a number of different attorneys
  • Preparing pleadings from templates and researching case law
  • Assisting with the preparation of supporting documents for filing

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Potential for onsite work at client site
  • Deep familiarity with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and editing PDFs
  • At least four years of experience working on SSDI cases
  • Experience supporting a practice focusing on social security and disability law
  • Proficiency with cloud-based practice management software and e-filing
