A non-profit social services organization has an open position for a Remote Social Service Project Management Strategy Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing professional development supervision to direct line staff
- Planning for and managing the budget for team-related expenses
- Supervising all areas of work within the team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Five to seven years previous work experience supervising staff in a professional setting
- Project management experience
- Experience managing multiple competing projects
- Experience implementing quality improvement and human centered design methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
