Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing professional development supervision to direct line staff
• Planning for and managing the budget for team-related expenses
• Supervising all areas of work within the team

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Five to seven years previous work experience supervising staff in a professional setting
• Project management experience
• Experience managing multiple competing projects
• Experience implementing quality improvement and human centered design methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
