A mental and behavioral health support organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Social Services Talent Acquisition Recruiter in St. Paul.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source, screen and schedule interviews for all position levels of employees
- Work collaboratively to ensure that recruitment process is executed quickly
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
- One to two years of recruiting Experience
- ATS experience
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces
