An education company is filling a position for a Remote Social Studies Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve students and teachers
• Reshape curriculum products for districts, schools, and teachers
• Design instructionally sound resources

Qualifications for this position include:

• 4+ years of experience either teaching, or building instructional content for the classroom
• Designed curricular solutions for Social Studies courses rooted in anti-bias/anti-racism frameworks
• Life-long learner, committed to always understanding and defining the problem at hand before jumping into action
• Track record of delivering even when the tasks seem impossible
• Clear communicator who can give direct, empathetic feedback and can succinctly share your insights
• Proven success record of working with adult learners to coach them on learning targets and execution
