- Overseeing the daily operations of a contact center team to ensure performance metrics are met
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the Contact Center performance requirements
- Providing assistance and updates to staff regarding these policies and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- 4 years of related experience
- 3 years of supervisory or management experienced preferred
- Bachelor's degree in public health, or another related field preferred
