A fitness software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Social Support Team Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a team of 10-15 Membership Services Representatives
  • Provide support plans for marketing initiatives
  • Implement & upkeep of existing and new social media management tools

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing a remote team
  • 5+ years experience in customer service or account management supporting a product/solution; social platform experience
  • Contemporary understanding of social media channels and best practices
  • Experience in B2C social media marketing
  • Passion for leading and coaching others
