Job Summary
A fitness software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Social Support Team Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of 10-15 Membership Services Representatives
- Provide support plans for marketing initiatives
- Implement & upkeep of existing and new social media management tools
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in managing a remote team
- 5+ years experience in customer service or account management supporting a product/solution; social platform experience
- Contemporary understanding of social media channels and best practices
- Experience in B2C social media marketing
- Passion for leading and coaching others
