Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Social Worker in Lodi.
Must be able to:
- Utilize depression screening tools for selected populations
- Develop reports for outcome measurement
- Triage patients with the case management team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of a master’s degree in social work or social welfare
- Or associate degree in Nursing (ADN) and a bachelor’s degree in a different field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inpatient, outpatient or managed care environment
- Minimum of 5 years’ combined experience in clinical social work practice
- Licensure as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or related board certification from a nationally recognized entity
