Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Account Development Senior Manager in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop and inspire a high-caliber sales team to manage the top of funnel sales motions
  • builds and leads a team of ADRs with a primary focus on achieving weekly and quarterly targets
  • Define and refine onboarding, playbooks, scripts, roleplaying exercises and account penetration tactics

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company
  • 3+ years of experience as a successful individual sales contributor
  • Prior experience in B2B enterprise software sales
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of SFDC, sales enablement tools, sales cadences, message scripting
  • Experience developing, managing, and retaining an outstanding team
  • Experience targeting communications titles is a plusValidated track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
