Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Account Development Senior Manager in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and inspire a high-caliber sales team to manage the top of funnel sales motions
- builds and leads a team of ADRs with a primary focus on achieving weekly and quarterly targets
- Define and refine onboarding, playbooks, scripts, roleplaying exercises and account penetration tactics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company
- 3+ years of experience as a successful individual sales contributor
- Prior experience in B2B enterprise software sales
- Solid knowledge and understanding of SFDC, sales enablement tools, sales cadences, message scripting
- Experience developing, managing, and retaining an outstanding team
- Experience targeting communications titles is a plusValidated track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
