Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Software Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving change requests from customer
- Generating and sending Business Operations monthly reports to customer
- Reviewing timesheets for correct billing
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a customer services role
- 2+ years of experience with SaaS, Cloud Computing or SPM/ICM implementations
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
- Ability to chair meetings or host webinars
