Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Software Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client
- Establishing and promoting goodwill with clients
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous 2+ years of experience in a client account function, and/or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
