Job Summary
A computer software company that markets products and services is filling a position for a Remote Software Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce record on assigned accounts
- Assist renewals team with quoting to ensure accuracy, negotiating with customer when needed
- Coordinate with Customer Success and management to create sales strategies for key opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in an account management role
- Self-starter, results driven, motivated, creative, and resourceful
- Able to work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver results on customer's behalf
