Job Summary
An enterprise technology provider of software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Account Support Manager.
Must be able to:
- Contribute to call center management decisions
- Serve as a consultant to product design teams
- Deploy knowledge management strategy for one or more centers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Possess a high degree of skill in relationship management
- Ability to work non-standard business hours as required by projects
