A healthcare software developer has an open position for a Remote Software Analysis and Testing Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting software architecture, design, and coding activities to support new features
  • Conducting code quality and software architecture reviews
  • Supporting existing applications and resolve urgent matters in real-time

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Attend in-person company events in various US locations 2-3 times a year
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 2.5 years of experience
  • Or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 4.5 years of experience
  • Experience in leading, training and mentoring developers
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Application support and client communications experience
