Job Summary
A provider of business technology solutions has a current position open for a Remote Software Analyst II.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution
- Work directly with customer to analyze problem, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions
- Interface with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives and requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (MIS, CS, HR, HRIS, Accounting..)
- 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in HCM or Benefits
- Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical Support of other systems functionality
- Experience in timeline management, issue tracking and configuration execution
- Functional experience as a Benefit Administrator, Cobra Administrator or HRIS Analyst
