Job Summary
A healthcare technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software and Analytics Contract Specialist in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the sales and business organizations through drafting various types of agreements
- Effectively explain licensing and other legal and contracting principles to internal clients and external customers
- Proficiently draft various agreements and capture negotiated provisions in Company contract documents with minimal attorney oversight
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year degree or 7-10 years of direct contract drafting
- Ability to listen to the needs of the internal client or external customer to understand the broader context of issues that arise during contract negotiations and strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated excellence in conducting in-depth legal research and analysis regarding a broad range of health care issues
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex initiatives in a self-directed manner, with minimal oversight by attorneys, and to deliver superior results in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with broad spectrum of business unit attorneys, compliance officers and business unit representatives
- Proven Office 365 suite, SalesForce, and SharePoint skills
