Job Summary

A network and IT security company is seeking a Remote Software Application Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with process improvements and best practices
• Identifying and helping create technical documentation for global customers
• Working as the key contact for the ServiceNow implementation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Annual employee retreat
• Proven experience as a key technical resource
• Experience with web technologies
• Experience modifying/developing in Python, PowerShell and/or shell scripting
• Working knowledge of technologies such as HTTP(s), DNS, and DHCP
• Strong technical understanding of all aspects of the ServiceNow implementation
