Job Summary
An information technology services company has a current position open for a Remote Software Architect.
Must be able to:
- Provide hands-on architecture leadership, guidance and mentoring to distributed engineering teams
- Provide technical leadership and manage the delivery of one or more scrum teams responsible for features
- Mentor team members, provide guidance, leadership, and advocate best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel is required to global engineering centers, customer locations, and industry events
- 8+ years of progressive experience in hands-on development and application architecture and design
- 5+ years in an architecture role in previous large-scale software development projects
- A proven track record for technically leading development teams and delivering products successfully
- Experience architecting and building large-scale enterprise software
- Experience architecting and tuning a large scale solution on the cloud
