Job Summary

A management consulting and IT support firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software as a Service Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing or contributing to solutions to a variety of problems
  • Working independently with some guidance and review
  • Guiding activities of more junior employees

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience providing system administration or configuration support for ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk
  • Experience working with remote team members
  • Experience working in an Agile and Scrum organization
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
