Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Software as a Service Business Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in recruiting a team of SDR/BDRs
  • Providing hands-on coaching and development of SDRs/BDRs
  • Monitoring team activity levels consistent with objectives

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of software sales experience with history of goal attainment
  • 1-2+ years of management experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Proven track record of consistent metric/quota attainment
  • Proven enterprise software sales skills with proficient understanding of SaaS
  • Knowledge of Linked Navigator, CRM system
