Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Software as a Service Customer Account Manager.

Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of Enterprise experience in SaaS renewals, account management, customer success, and sales
- Proven skill with juggling multiple renewals in a given quarter
- Proven track record implementing Prefer programmatic solutions and automation to manual workarounds
- Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
