Job Summary
A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software as a Service Customer Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, support, and grow a team of CSMs
- Ensure your team is engaging strategically with their customers
- Forecast renewals and expansion, and predict customer health
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 15+ years of experience in customer facing roles in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Customer Support
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a CSM team at a B2B SaaS company
- In-depth experience with Onboarding, Renewals, Expansion processes, and tracking
- Experience working with customer relationship management tools and case management solutions
- Experience creating reporting, analyzing data trends, and following forecasting processes
