Job Summary
An automated scheduling tool is filling a position for a Remote Software as a Service Customer Success Manager III.
Must be able to:
- Serve as an SME on product offering and scheduling best practice
- Take on primary ownership and accountability for meeting and exceeding customer ARR retention
- Onboard customers in a timely and efficient manner by streamlining account configuration
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-5 years of CS SaaS experience serving customers
- Experience forging relationships with new customers and understand their objectives
- Experience with Google Workspace Applications, Salesforce, and more
- Are resourceful and adaptable to the changing needs of our customer
