Job Summary

A device management software developer has an open position for a Remote Software as a Service Technology Transaction Attorney.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Working closely with General Counsel with a wide variety of projects requiring legal expertise
Advising and supporting various company departments, including Finance/Accounting, Marketing
Developing and implementing scalable, efficient legal processes and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

5+ years of experience in technology/IP law or technology transaction work; SaaS legal experience is an advantage
Have a proactive, practical, solutions-oriented, adaptive, and business mind-set
Admission to practice in the U.S. and an active member in good standing with local and/or federal Bar
Familiarity with data privacy regulations, corporate governance, and employment law
High degree of collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and maintain a sense of urgency
