Job Summary

A computer company is filling a position for a Remote Software Asset Management Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify areas for SAM to add value and ROI and effective communication
• Ensure that the delivery of the software asset management service meets all requirements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of software asset data

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of  experience with a Bachelor’s; or 6+ years with a Master’s; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent
• Demonstrate a depth of understanding of hardware and software asset management
• Proven history in building Quality Assurance concepts and practices into all aspects of a SAM program
• A firm working knowledge of license models as well as entitlements and usage rules for software publishers
• Possess a solid understanding of software asset management policies, procedures and best practices
• Experience using industry standard SAM solutions like Flexera, Eracent, SNOW Software, Aspera etc
