Job Summary
A computer hardware and services company has an open position for a Remote Software Asset Management Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify areas for SAM to add value and ROI
- Ensure that delivery of software asset management service meets all requirements in customer agreements
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating to software assets and tracking system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate a depth of understanding of hardware and software asset management
- Proven history in building Quality Assurance concepts and practices into all aspects of a SAM program
- A firm working knowledge of license models as well as entitlements and usage rules for software publishers
- ITIL v3 or 4 foundation certified
