Remote Software Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Software Asset Manager (ServiceNow SAM Pro).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Software Asset Management, focusing on top tier publishers within ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Analyze legal and financial data to create software entitlement records and troubleshoot software reconciliation issues
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support Software Asset Management functions and maintain operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management
• Experience in software licensing and the ability to deconstruct licensing contracts
• Fundamental knowledge of Hardware Asset Management and Configuration Management
• Ability to analyze large data sets related to software installations and license reconciliation
• Familiarity with industry regulations and ITIL foundations is a plus
