A financial technology development company is in need of a Remote Software Associate Customer Success Manager in Draper.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving continual product adoption and expansion of the platform products with small business cohorts
- Monitoring customer health, product utilization, and trends in customer spend
- Conducting training webinars for product configuration and best practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
- Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
- Customer Success, Sales, or Banking experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial reports
- Basic understanding of accounting systems
