Job Summary
An accounting and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Software Billing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that software is ordered and invoices delivered promptly to Accounts Payable
- Managing Microsoft incentive programs and claim submissions related to D365 licensing commissions
- Researching contracts, sales documents, and systems to answer internal and client inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with various Microsoft Support teams required
- Basic knowledge of PartnerSource, Partner Center, and Partner Incentives required
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Software Billing Specialist or Software Operations experience required
- Solid planning and prioritization skills
