Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Business Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching customers to make informed decisions on software design, feature/function implementation
• Consulting with customers on talent management priorities and their connections to business objectives
• Managing extensive portfolio of complex consulting projects and maintain comprehensive records

Required Skills:

• Travel is up to 10% for this role
• 5+ years experience in enterprise-wide learning, talent and performance management field
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge with talent management or human resources consulting
• Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training
• Experience driving change, user adoption and communication planning
• 5+ years of experience in professional services with demonstrated consulting skills in an enterprise-class customer SaaS environment
