Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Business Development Project Management Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and designing incentive programs for BDRs to help drive results
- Promoting change and be a champion for sales to engage and understand best practices on working with BDRs
- Using identified customer challenges prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experienced. 2-3 year's experience in business development, sales or related field
- Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations - managers, directors, VPs, executives
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced sales environment
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools
