Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Business Operations Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading/facilitating cross functional teams to deliver results, driving recommendations to execution
- Identifying, scoping and driving multiple critical projects concurrently and company-wide initiatives
- Communicating findings and make recommendations from initiatives to senior management
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations or a similar strategic function
- Skilled generalist who can quickly ramp up on new topics
- Experience Managing a small team
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in a rapidly scaling business
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
