A global business software developer is in need of a Remote Software Business Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a sales compensation structure that awards high performance
  • Work closely with Finance, Business Operations, and Sales leadership on the design and implementation of solutions
  • Work with Salesforce and adjacent sales tools

Required Skills:

  • Experience in sales or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS organization
  • Strong proficiency in sales operations, automation and experience integrating workflows across multiple systems
  • Expert in SFDC operations and thrive in leading initiatives across multiple teams and have a passion for sales and technology
  • Excel / Google Sheets wizard
