Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have experience with call center software and scheduling tools
- Have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Are comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
- Have very good verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
