Job Summary

A business solutions and payment processing software is in need of a Remote Software Claims Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring work is done to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Troubleshooting software issues accordingly
  • Properly adjudicating claim appeals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Understanding of HIPAA and Privacy Regulations
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Understanding of Section 125 administrative processes and procedures
  • Must take initiative in jobs performed
