Job Summary
A business solutions and payment processing software is in need of a Remote Software Claims Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring work is done to meet Service Level Agreements
- Troubleshooting software issues accordingly
- Properly adjudicating claim appeals
