Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Client Manager in Minneapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer support to a set of client accounts
• Establish and maintain good relationships and communications with all assigned clients
• Coordinate with the staff to ensure that all client databases are built properly

Qualifications Include:

• Participate in local conferences and meetings
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in survey analysis
• A high level of expertise utilizing PC/Web applications, particularly Excel and Word
