- Managing, assessing, and coaching a Client Success Management Team
- Maintaining high client retention rates
- Seeking out opportunities to support the team’s cross-sell and up-sell efforts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-8 years of team leadership and SaaS account management or customer/client success experience
- OR or equivalent industry experience and proven success in growing existing accounts
- A powerful client advocate
- Outstanding project management skills and problems solving skills
- Technical competence and understanding of SaaS software and APIs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
