Job Summary

A software development firm is in need of a Remote Software Client Success Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring a positive, professional, and proactive client experience
• Keeping client communications and meeting notes updated in the corporate CRM
• Responding to client inquiries

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years in fast-paced SaaS start-up environment or 2+ years corporate finance or treasury experience
• Working knowledge of finance technology (banking platforms and/or treasury management systems)
• Knowledge of commercial banking (or similar)
• Accounting or finance reporting proficiency
• Basic understanding of bank transaction activity
