Job Summary
A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Client Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing white-glove technical support to external company clients
- Performing root-cause analysis to mitigate technical issues ensuring a positive user experience
- Responding to incoming support requests via phone, chat, and email utilizing an industry standard ticketing system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
