Job Summary
A telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company is filling a position for a Remote Software Consulting Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding customer's technical network architectures, business drivers, etc
- Influencing the customer to engage further with the company
- Influencing internal teams to align with the customer's requirements and expectations
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience as an IP Network Management
- 5-7 years of experience in Network Management / IP Automation products
- 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement from staff to executive levels
- 5-7 years of experience working with IP Network Management designs/solutions
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript (JSON/XML), PERL, TCL, Python, etc
