Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Software Corporate Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with implementing the global privacy program
- Assisting with the development of policies, procedures, and trainings to support global business
- Partnering closely with the sales team on customer and partner deals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- JD from an accredited law school and membership
- 2-8 years experience negotiating and structuring SaaS commercial transactions
- Experience with data privacy/data security
- Can-do attitude and bias for action
- Ability to work independently and make business friendly decisions while advising internal clients on risks
- Ability to take the lead on various special projects as the need arises
